Anvar Mammadli
Anvar has over five years of experience working with event and consulting fields and a proven track record of successfully helping organizations to grow faster. With a background in management consulting and as a co-founder of several successful engineering, economical, political and event management start-ups, brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to "play for high score" to everything he does at Horizon Education Agency. Anvar has hands-on experience in a number of our industry verticals and in several functional areas -- from operations to sales to finance. This rich background of experience has helped us to break the mold on how agencies approach working with their clients, making us the perfect partner for clients who are tired of traditional thinking and want a fresh approach that delivers truly exceptional results. When he's not directly supporting our event's clients, Anvar advises our internal teams on strategy, process and methodology decisions. His love for great networking is second only to his desire to see talented people be able to work in an environment that lets them do the best work of their lives, grow both professionally and personally, and have a strong positive impact on the businesses we support. For Anvar, the goal here is simple: become the top event and consulting agency in the country, help our clients to be orders of magnitude more successful and make the world a little bit better in the process. Anvar holds a M.Sc. degree from the Bergakademie Freiberg Technical University of Sustainable Mining & Remediation Management and a Bachelors degree in Mining Engineering from University of Oil and Industry.

Nigar Malikzadeh
Nigar has been in the event and consulting industry for over 3 years. Her career began working at several University projects. At the age of 18, she purchased her first project. Subsequent properties followed over the course of the next few years. She was a part of the local and global projects. Nigar comes with a strong work ethic and believes in being a part of the team. Passionate about the people side of business, Nigar focuses heavily on employee development of Talent & Organizational Development. Her day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing training sessions, coaching employees to fulfill professional development goals and lending insights to help make agency-wide processes more comprehensive. Nigar first joined HEA as a PR Manager supporting clients in the technology and science space before becoming the agency’s first General Manager.

Esma Nasrullayeva
As a manager of public relations, Esma is highly involved in the development of strategy for her clients, making sure campaigns exceed expectations while staying on schedule and within budget. She previously worked as an editor, reporter and videographer at some global projects. Finally, Esma is also known as multi language person. She can speak fluently in 5 languages.

Agil Hummatli
Agil joined HEA as Customer Experience Manager in March 2019, leading our customer experience and support team. He is responsible for looking after our post-purchase customer support and engagement, as well as driving improvements to our internal processes and ensuring customer advocacy is at the heart of what we do. Agil has over 2 years’ experience in customer focussed roles and worked at several projects prior to joining HEA.

Zakir Muradov
Zakir is HEA's Corporate Development and Strategy and leads the company's global business operations and data science teams. Zakir works closely with the leadership team on HEA's strategy, abroad, internal relations and investor relations, guiding the company through its rapid growth.

Shams Mehraliyeva
The one we rely on to help us solve complex problems with elegant technology. Shams is a web and software developer with a passion for taking seemingly complex problems and forming unique solutions intended to serve and delight the end user. As part of HEA's development team, she works alongside its designers and strategists to build custom web functionality and properties within a .NET. A recent graduate of the University of Oil and Industry's Computer Science program, Shams continues to push her knowledge-base into new languages and frameworks in order to expand her foundations as a developer. Gunduz Abbasov
Specializing in user interface design, branding, and illustration, Gunduz is HEA's senior designer extraordinaire. Digital, print, you name it — Gunduz brings strategy and style to everything. Gunduz strives to deliver data-driven solutions in his designs while keeping up with trends to move clients ahead and keep them relevant. Always looking out for what’s in and what’s out when it comes to design, Gunduz is constantly reading books and articles on creativity and strategy to better himself and his team.
